PS Names 2019 Shear Skills Challenge Winners
In the first quarter of 2019, PS Salon & Spa hosted the first Shear Skills Challenge. PS Pros showed off their outstanding coloring, cutting, styling and nail skills by submitting before and after photos of their residents’ makeovers! After receiving more than 220 entries, we chose three winners in each category (listed below). Winners were award Paul Mitchell styling tools, shears, and products.
Paul Mitchell Color Training
Since partnering with John Paul Mitchell Systems and Paul Mitchell the School in 2018, PS employees have been able to take advantage of Paul Mitchell’s training programs. In March and April, Paul Mitchell Educators held color training classes for PS Pros throughout the country. highly attended by our stylists, also known as PS Pros. This class focused on learning about color theory and formulations and was highly attended by our team!
PS Attends Paul Mitchell School’s Caper Event 2019
PS Salon & Spa attended Paul Mitchell School’s Caper Event 2019 at Disneyland, California, and
was represented by four PS Pros- Amy Brand, Lillian Marin, Danielle McKinney and Joan Morgan.
With more than 3,000 Paul Mitchel students at this event in late March, our team got to represent and promote PS Salon & Spa to these future professionals. From meeting tons of students, to giving out prizes, and showing a fun informational video dozens of times, our recruitment team had an amazing experience at this event!
