We celebrated four District Leaders in August whose journeys began as Salon Professionals or cosmetologists. Their promotions recognize the experience and relationships built in our salons.
August 18 — Cheryl Beebe moved into a full-time District Leader role after more than four years with us, having started as a cosmetologist in Illinois.
August 19 — Erica Heiny, who joined us as a Salon Professional in 2025, was recognized for her expanded leadership across Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
August 20 — Jessica Hughes-Powell was recognized for her promotion to District Leader supporting our teams and community partners in Kentucky.
August 31 — Sylvia Hernandez, who joined us as a Salon Professional in 2024, was recognized for her District Leader role across Chicago and Northeast Illinois.
