Where service authorizations are appropriate, connected families and representatives can specify salon services, frequency and payment preferences online.
Personal preferences belong at the center of the salon experience. Our Service Authorizations feature gives authorized family members and representatives a direct way to share the services and frequency selected for a resident.
After connecting to the resident’s account and signing in, select Authorize Services in the Celebration Portal. Choose the salon services and how often they are authorized, and establish a payment option as appropriate.
Service preferences, made clear
The digital authorization gives our salon professionals a clear reference for those preferences. It brings the choices shared by families and representatives into the systems supporting the resident’s salon visits.
Authorizing services and requesting an appointment serve different purposes. An authorization records service preferences and frequency; an Appointment Request asks our salon team to arrange a visit.
For community partners, this is another way we connect family engagement with professional salon operations. The Celebration Portal brings those details into one place, supporting the experience residents enjoy and the business behind your salon amenity.
