Appointment Requests: A Simple Way to Plan a Salon Visit

By July 28, residents and families had submitted more than 4,500 online Appointment Requests through our Celebration Portal.
Residents value the convenience of a professional salon within their community. Families want to help them enjoy it. We introduced online Appointment Requests to make that connection easier, whether the occasion is a birthday, an anniversary or a familiar salon routine.
After connecting to a resident’s account, families can use the Celebration Portal to request one or more appointments. They can share the service, preferred day or time, and relevant details with our salon team.
An easier way to request a visit
By July 28, residents and families had submitted more than 4,500 requests in the feature’s first few months. We shared that milestone as an example of how technology can make it easier to act on existing interest in the salon.
The portal provides a direct way to send a request to our professionals, who follow up and coordinate the salon schedule. It complements the relationships already built between our teams, residents and families.
For community partners, Appointment Requests create another route into the salon experience. We connect family participation with the daily operations behind the amenity, helping residents enjoy the services and occasions that matter to them.
